Fractional ownership is an offering unique to resort areas. It provides an opportunity to not only own your vacation, but to invest, without the substantial commitment that can be associated with whole ownership, Purchasing a time period in a fractional property is much like purchasing a condominium in that you maintain an individual deed, yet share in the upkeep through an annual assessment. Taxes are billed individually to each deed holder. Annual assessments vary as to each specific community but the coverage is similar: insurance, maintenance, landscaping, reserves, appliances, dues etc… You may choose to enjoy all or part of your time period each year. If you choose to use only some or none of your allotted time, you may rent it w/ existing management, on your own, or through one of St. John’s many fine rental management companies (rental management options may be restricted by owners association or other agreement). The Westin Vacation
Club (WVC) offers one week or more, available in various configurations. WVC hosts a total of 150 Units in 7 buildings
w/ direct access to the Westin Resort. Unique

A/C), “Virgin Grand Villa” units (updated in 2008) vary in size and
design. 3 bedroom “Pool Villas” offer
